All paper work required for you to work legally in the United States will be ask for before upon arrival. Copy of the Visa, J-1 or H-2b. Your IAP form and a copy of your pass port. If you have a international drivers license you should bring it. All paper work must be filled out upon arrival, tax form and state and I-9 form.
It does not however insure you will drive, drivers are chosen based on several things.
All security deposits for housing must be paid upon arrival and housing will not be provide unless the deposit is paid. the deposit is $200.00. It will be given back if no damage has been done to the house.
All travel arrangements must be given to Nicki@Jazziepools.com prior to arrival. Please email them. All Student will be picked up at the airport and or bus station, this however is not required and is done to help they student.
Please make sure that you bring enough money with you to get through the first few weeks in the United States. Jazzie pays ever two weeks and you need to have enough money to by food and things you like.
Each county requires a Life Guarding Card.
Each county charges a fee for the pool operator test and this is paid by the student.
The Life Guarding Card is good for three years.
If you do not already posses a Life Guarding Card we can provide you with the training that will enable you to obtain your card.
The Lifeguard Training Course costs $225.00. There are two ways you can pay for this course:

If you can not pay for the class prior to the training, Jazzie Pools
will pay the course fee for you and deduct that amount from your first paycheck.

Females: |
A solid-colored (no prints), one piece bathing suit is required. The suit must be red. No bikinis, thongs, etc. |
Males: |
Guard swim trunks are available for you once you arrive. Red Swimming trunks can be purchased before hand |
Please be sure to bring twin-size sheets and any personal toiletries you require.
