grew by using the vast world labor market and enjoyed the benefits of extra
guards everywhere. So Jazzie continues to grow and expand & plaster division

Jazzie ranks with the leading companies in management; managing 35 commercial clients. We manage pools in the Northern Virginia Swim League. Jazzie added "valet pool service". Jazzie celebrates "in house" plaster division opens with 87 builders using the service. We operate two crews, and the first crew’s experience includes over 50 years for white plaster and exposed aggregates.

Jazzie Management reaches new clients in Loudoun County with timely & complete pool management affiliations. This included liaisons with large management companies. LIFE training continues to be recognized by Red Cross for superior service, getting the distinguished "Service First" award. Service division is established with capital expenditures incurred to make it a freestanding division.

Jazzie enlarged the management division to reach 35 commercial clients. Jazzie service began year round pool renovations and routine service. Services include: coping, drains, lights, heaters, pumps, and covers. Class A Contractor, Members of National Spa & Pool Institute and Better Business Bureau.

Jazzie enlarges indoor commercial management & service market. Jazzie moves to 2000 sq foot warehouse in Falls Church, VA. to better serve the marketplace. Jazzie’s adds booklets and supervisor division to the middle management team. Life receives awards from Red Cross and swim team coaching continues.

Jazzie Pools LLP is created. Jazzie service builds commercial pools in Central America, and receives awards. Jazzie’s Pool Resource Services offers handbooks, policies & procedures, tools for pool operators, techs. Dun & Bradstreet participation, which is a widely used benchmark. Jazzie coaches USS swim teams to regional competitions and authors books, Perfect Pool, 10 editions of Pool Cliff Notes, Swim Coaches Instructions.

LIFE trains large numbers in lifeguarding while continuing aquatics management and coaching swim teams to national competition. Certified & licensed pool operators examinations & training internationally.

Heather Sifrit & Gwen Pierce are routine healthcare trainers under LIFE for CPR/ First aid. LIFE did on site life guarding classes for commercial properties in Fairfax and Fauquier counties. Professional aquatics director John joins company. Heather continues commercial aquatics management for some local management companies.

Gwen Pierce starts LIFE, with one employee by doing counseling in the sports areas; interacting with private and public schools. John and Heather continue being groomed in the commercial aquatics industry with both public and private companies in northern Virginia.
