About Life’s School of Pool & Spa Chemistry

This is Life’s 16th year of operation and this course has trained hundreds of individuals who went on to build careers in the pool and spa industry. Your course leaders are Ms. Gwen Pierce who completed her Bachelor of Science (biology) with a minor in Chemistry from Trinity College DC. Mrs. Heather Sifrit completed her bachelor of arts in education from Valley Forge College. Mr. John Sifrit completed his Bachelor of Science in Leisure Students from Radford University. They contributed to the present guidelines for commercial spas under the auspices of the Fairfax Health Department. In their 19 years in the pool and spa industry, the three have published in trade journals and have given numerous seminars on pool and spa chemistry throughout the East and West Coast
