Jazzie Pools L.L.C. uses its own management system. Our establishments strength lies in the staff we recruit. Our built-in system aids in the workings of all community swim clubs. We attend the national convention for NSPI, and have our techs go though training. Does your company have credentials???, ask to see them!
Jazzie seeks specific attributes and qualifications in its personnel. The basic characteristics we look for in the selection of our employees have good maturity level, outgoing personality, sound work ethic, poise under pressure, and pleasant appearance. We seek employees with superior aquatic and safety certifications and a commitment of upgrading thier existing skills.
American Red Cross
The American Red Cross adopted the first nationwide program in January of 1914. This program was the basis for the development of the Red Cross Life Saving Corps, the forerunner of the present day Red Cross water safety courses. Today the Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety Program is perhaps the best-known program in the world. All owners are American Red Cross Instructors. They all hold current cards and are pool operators in the counties they run pools in.
